This cartoon can be very valuable to the ladies…Please try to forget what I said about where his lips might have been, after all, this is only a make-believe image, and you don’t know how really LOONY this guy is, like I do, so just pretend, just concentrate on the kiss. To get virtually kissed any time you desire, (that would entail staring at his puckered lips, UGH… minimal blinking, approximately ten pucker times, and each time you respond with your own pucker-smooch… YETCH! We had an independent old lady test this and she found it very effective. I however, have an aversion to his image, so had to rely on another opinion on this one! If you’re desperate enough, go for it! Sorry, didn’t mean to spoil it for you, just disregard the negativity…ENJOY!

• Reminds me to delve into why my son was SO BAD at the city council meeting in 2004; WHY DID HE PITCH SUCH A BIG FIT?

• Reminds me to find out how much money…total… was paid out..BECAUSE of Cynthia, to her bogus projects, to reports about her bogus projects…striping streets, re-striping streets and all the time…the ONLY supposed qualifications this woman had was being SPECIAL to Frank Watanabe. She had a penchant for studies regarding her ONE_WAY STREET FETISH! And for all her VERY VALUABLE WASTE OF TIME, WASTE OF OCEANSIDE TAXPAYER MONEY, she received contracts for her VALUABLE, UNQUALIFIED, RESOURCE WASTING SERVICES to the tune of $461,000.00.
• Reminds me that both my son and I had an eight month, GIANT HISSY FIT, when Ms. Watson did a study with our little street, re-routing us around the world and through SCHOOL TRAFFIC, VERY SLOWLY, to get out of our neighborhood. When we finally got to the red light getting us to the main street, well, the turn lanes were marked IGNORANTLY, and created another major waste of time for us and everyone else.
• Reminds me to apply for a TECHNICAL job with the City of Oceanside, NO QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY!
• Reminds me that I had to hear my son pitch a FIT with the city until they fixed those mistakes.
• Reminds me that CITY RESOURCES were wasted on those BOGUS projects that Watson conjured up , and Watanabe and Watson FLEW THE COOP, taking their explanations with them.
• Reminds me that this is a GIANT reason the City of Oceanside doesn’t have RESOURCES to take care of problems for citizens.
• Reminds me to ASK WHO WAS PAYING ATTENTION WHILE THEY WERE PAYING THEMSELVES.
