The trees she planted are planted on city property. We went to the city for their help, quickly found out that they could not care less! In fact, the city attorney, John Mullen, told us that he would just deed over that property to our neighbor and it would no longer be the City of Oceanside’s problem.

Since no one was willing to help me, I’m taking care of this problem my own creative way.

My son and I have been talking with City of Oceanside, Code Enforcement over the code violations of my evil neighbor, Tree Lady. Code Enforcement does come and see about our problems when we call, and have been very nice, however, someone higher up has been slow to address our issues.

I’m making it my business and my job to monitor everything these menacing, disrespectful people do in my sight. And that will be my job from now on.

The reason I’m minding their business is because it’s the right thing to do, considering how they are breaking the rules. I would have assumed that when a neighbor does repairs or building on their property, they have the proper permits and aren’t breaking the laws. Well, what a dummy I am! Tree Lady doesn’t bother with city permits. She actually bragged how she illegally cut the city curb to put in her driveway, which requires a permit. We wouldn’t have known this unless her Highness, Queen Flappinlipz (Tree Lady), hadn’t told us her illegal business.

She started an altercation with my son over the trees that she planted that blocked my ocean view, I wrote Tree Lady a letter clarifying my problem, hoping we could resolve it with mediation, but she never responded to me; however, she stepped up her gossip efforts to her minions and started yelling at us to move. What a CLASS ACT!

Why would a neighbor mistreat me, as a fellow human being, just disregarding that I had a problem with her trees, after I came to her, explaining my problem, with great respect. Me, the neighbor who was always willing to be helpful to her and her family; she just decided to blow me off as if I didn’t exist; then, she decided to attack us with lies and gossip to the neighbors, so that everyone would act exactly as they are…menacing, disrespectful.

She and the others want us to move, so that’s what they’re working towards. So Sorry, that won’t be happening.

I don’t care that the neighbors don’t like us, they don’t know us, except through Tree Lady’s lying mouth, however, I do care that this is what she’s doing and she’s going to PAY, one way or another! No one lies about me and gets away with it.

Everything I’m putting in writing here is 100% true; my opinions are drawn from my personal contact with these people. I’ve presented my neighbors in the exact way they’ve shown themselves to me, with a little added cartoon silliness.

Any gossip included in this blog is repeated from these gossiping lunatics, and is used to punctuate the harm these evil, crazy people are doing.

If you think I’m a nut, maybe this tree situation has pushed me over the edge. But out of my anger, I’m feeling silly, childlike, in my thinking, having fun, uncontrollable laughter attacks, because, even if I’m raving mad over this, I’m being creative, and out of my creative mind, I will not let her evil keep me from enjoying life. I could be focusing on painting my ocean, but alas, she pulled that curtain for me and my focus is on HER, her army of dummies and this ridiculous situation.

I can think of so many cartoons; I’m going to be busy for a very long time, and they make me laugh so much. Stay tuned!

Melon-Head Neighbors

I became furious when this Tree Lady and her henchmen started disrespecting my son and me.

I’ve watched as neighbors gave us weird looks when we drove up the street. Could be my imagination, you’re thinking? We’re now getting flipped off, lunged at, and various and other sundry, ridiculous, childish, aggressions and threats, so there’s no reason to doubt these neighbors have something against us! We wonder, since we stay to ourselves, and don’t know the people, what is wrong with them? Gossip, ya think?

We’ve never responded, other than calling the police.

When we parked our truck on the public street, Big Jack Ass next door, wanted to fight my son, getting in his face, ranting at him.We finally got sick of being attacked by these nuts and guess what…I’m fighting back… WAR!!!!!!!

Now, I’m civilized and wouldn’t want to cause harm to anyone, and definitely won’t flip anyone off or jump in anyone’s face…oops, forgot that I screamed FU in Tree Lady’s face one day when code enforcement was here. Why did I resort to that disgusting display, well this foolish witch had the nerve to scream in my face to “get off the street…get in the house”, and that set me off, doesn’t fly with me, getting ordered off the city street by that witch.

I’m from the DEEP SOUTH, and I DON’T BOW DOWN! She may have an ALLIGATOR BY THE TAIL!

Any harm that comes their way is due to their own BAD choices, and they deserve their punishment, when they finally get one; I’m sure they will. I’ll do everything in my power to MAKE HER PAY.

I am a cartoon-drawing, blogger who’s just going to hang-out the dirty laundry on my cul-de-sac, in the City Of Oceanside, CA, for the whole world to get a glimpse of. It’s not pretty, but, perhaps it can be a teaching tool…don’t pick on or mess with people because you might just pick on the guy who’ll BLOW YOUR HEAD OFF, or in my case, draw cartoons, write, and publish for the UNIVERSE to enjoy.

I do admit that I have this compulsive problem, no hand washing or anything like that, but I will be picking out minutia to dissect and focus on and find hilariously funny and looks like I’m going to be scrutinizing, the ones who’ve made me mad. I must turn lemons into lemonade, make happy from mad, fun from evil…

P L A Y T I M E !

It’s fun reverting back to childhood silliness, and Tree Lady and her ridiculous group, well they chose the game, and I’m having the fun, but every time I see them, they all look pretty grim!

I’m standing up to this WITCH and she will know it before this is finished! I use my brain on strategy, how to fight my war . This neighbor cheated my city and is proud enough to be bragging, and that will be one of my weapons. I thought to myself, I’ll just tell the truth about her evil curb cut to Code Enforcement and she’ll learn the lesson that she can’t just do as she pleases, cutting property of the city, bragging about it, breaking the law.

We took photos, went to the city engineer and was told that she wasn’t even supposed to have put in a driveway, and everything about it is wrong. Inspectors from the city came out several times and spent a lot of time chatting with her, but I guess she must have chatted her way out of, and cast her spell on them, as nothing was done.

The City of Oceanside has tiptoed all around this problem, trying to make us the bad guys for blowing the whistle on this poor woman, who would hurt us by taking away our view, our property value, lying and gossiping to my neighbors, and cheating our city out of rightful revenue, thereby, eventually needing more of everyone else’s money.

Seems to me like the city has chosen sides… is playing favorites with the lawbreakers. They don’t want to get involved in a neighborhood squabble, “they don’t work like that”, they said. So okay, I’m analyzing what is going on here… there are city codes here in, Oceanside, CA, supposedly for all the people. So why do I feel that our little cul-de-sac is in the TWILIGHT ZONE, special people aren’t required to follow the codes ? Why are they BENDING THE RULES in favor of this woman, yet when we have a valid complaint, her breaking a codes, repeatedly and even caught in the act, nothing, or very little is being done?

The city has given me the impression that “We don’t enforce those codes on your ’special’ cul-de-sac because some very ’special’ people live there; they are the law of your cul-de-sac, so get used to it! Whatever they want to do there is…A…OK, and since you people are using those pesky, old codes to try to hurt these good code violators, who menace your life and threaten you daily, we’re just disregarding you completely. Yeah, they are bowing down, the City of Oceanside, to our cul-de-sac Queen.

Well, since we turned in Tree Lady for that curb-cutting offense in April, they have continued to break the codes… remodeling their kitchen, WITHOUT A PERMIT , we called the city, they made them stop the remodel until she gets a permit. No fines, but once again we are BAD!

If people disregard, and break codes, brag about it, how does that equate with squabble?

The water has been muddied up by whatever this gossiping, yapping, whiner, witch, casting her spell, getting sympathy, who knows, possibly flashing that famous, hooty~booty, and has gotten away with her evil, once again.

Excuse me…does the City of Oceanside have any FEMALE OFFICERS that might be able to handle Her CODE-VIOLATING, Highness, Tree Lady, for maybe, a more unbiased assessment of the her illegal activities.

No consequences!

When we see her putting in windows, cutting openings larger, well, there is an ordinance about that; we called, complained…NO PERMIT, AGAIN… for the window remodel! Waiting to hear what the city is planning to do about this. We are living across the street from a SERIAL CODE VIOLATOR!

The fact is that Tree Lady is the type of person who would hurt me, my son and the City of Oceanside, because she is a self-centered, cheater witch, who just does whatever, with no care for anyone else. Maybe the City of Oceanside doesn’t quite get it, if you really don’t want to get involved in neighborhood squabbles, why are you the people running our city government? You are the very ones elected or hired to carry out the wishes of the people and make every effort to mediate or help with “Squabbles” especially, in view of the fact that the SO CALLED squabble is over trees planted by Tree Lady on CITY OWNED PROPERTY and BLOCKING MY CHERISHED OCEAN VIEW.

All I did was ask her to consider letting us replace or keep her trees trimmed… and these results, this WAR, has all been born of her evil deeds and union with these insane neighbors who want to impress her, and they’ve all decided to try to make us move, doing stupid stuff.

My son and I are voters and deserve to be heard by our city. We were blown off by city officials who obviously believe we have a petty problem.

OK, so let’s forget about the trees, the root of the problem for now, and take a look at that person who has repeatedly cheated the City of Oceanside and has gossiped and lied enough to our neighbors that they are attacking us. Seems to me that you agree with one side by your failure to act on the law, and that is the side of those people on my cul-de-sac who want us to move and are harassing us, and who are breaking the codes of  Oceanside. If you don’t like the fact that I’m using your rules against these poor, code violators, why don’t you change the rules? But I guess that’s what you’ve done…at least for our little cul-de-sac, our Twilight Zone, you’ve changed those rules to benefit the code violators … we are the bad guys for letting the city know.

Perhaps I’m in Wonderland where up is down, wrong is right and right is wrong! These are the facts, folks! Things are just a little backwards and I don’t like it.

I’m wanting to see a written copy of the codes of my “Special” Cul-de-sac so that I know what the rules are for my sovereign land, controlled by the Queen and her minions! The City of Oceanside owes me an explanation as to what expected from my neighbors and me, since I’ve been told they are different for us.

Gee, you know, I’m beginning to think the City of Oceanside is violating my civil rights as a citizen. We are made to live under different rules, where right is wrong, wrong is right. We’re being mistreated, as if something is wrong with us for being persistent, calling about our code violating neighbors, laws are different for us, in fact, we’ve been told to keep violations to ourselves . They don’t want us calling to complain , anymore, as if we are the problem!

Wonder if at anytime, any official of the city has mentioned to this woman that she should just pay the city the fees she owes them to purchase a permit to remodel, so that her BAD Neighbors, us , would stop with the complaints? Maybe a little fine would make her think twice about her violations, but that would be mean, especially for this special Queen, who already has so many problems, she’s so willing to FLAP about!

We have spoken to many officials at City Hall and they all seem to take the same attitude with us, that we don’t get any consideration about the tree problem, in fact, it is NO PROBLEM, and that we ARE the problem. And because we dared complain about trees blocking our view, and that is not a code violation in Oceanside, any other complaints we have, valid code offenses, are making the city disgusted with us.

Well, your attitude to allow neighbors to block ocean views in Oceanside is going to bite you one day; there will be a law written, especially for rude neighbors, who are thoughtless or worse, who would intentionally hurt others.

Oceanside is about the OCEAN and people’s connections to it, just in case, you don’t know that, and, should also be about neighborly neighborhoods, people respecting their neighbors. You, City of Oceanside, with your lack of seeing and acting on right and wrong, are allowing citizens to be hurt. My son, me and every other decent citizen in Oceanside want to obey the rules, and enjoy our beach community and keep it… BEACH FRIENDLY!

Because Tree Lady was given a green light by the city that we are complainers, and they aren’t going to give her fines or anything, she continues to violate codes, and has, now, redone the outside of her house, with siding, again… WITHOUT A PERMIT; my bad son called, again, to report those nice code violators. They, I presume, paid that fee because they were getting rained on and needed to get their siding up quickly. Bet they paid no fine.

Has it ever registered that these people don’t respect the law? They could burn our canyon and our home with faulty wiring, unprofessionally done by her DUFUS ex-husband… Mr. Remodel.
There are codes for RULE BREAKERS who would steal your money and mine. Collect your fines from this woman and your salaries will be paid for the time and energy you’ve had to put into sending people out for our valid complaints. Yet, you would tell us that you’re having to spend too many resources on our problems and don’t want anymore calls from us.

Just wondering if I’m being totally offensive, hate to put all this so crudely, but at this point, I’m right to the point about what’s on my mind, whether it’s rude, crude, socially unacceptable, and even unladylike, and I won’t be mincing any words in this blog.

What does the City of Oceanside owe this woman who disrespects city codes, over and over again? I’m wanting some answers! The problems she ’s creating are THE CITY OF OCEANSIDE’S PROBLEMS, we are insisting that you enforce the codes written to protect the citizens of Oceanside, including me and my son. Would you be enforcing those very same rules for everyone else in this city , or are we really “SPECIAL” because of some SECRET REASONS that only Government Officials know about. Hmmmmmmmm! I’m going to have to put some deep thought into this…SECRET REASONS that only Government Officials know about…hmmm, beginning to sound like …a conspiracy…

A GOVERNMENT CONSPIRACY!!!

AAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHHHH is this really happening in my life? I might really be in the TWILIGHT ZONE! I’ll have to create me a fantasy super-hero for my cartoons to neutralize these violators, since I can’t count on my City of Oceanside to help me, in fact, City of Oceanside Government Officials are probably meeting and plotting against me with Tree Lady, as I’m typing, here. Wow, this is beginning to sound really… SCARY ! Wonder if we’re being sprayed with something?

Please enforce the codes, that’s simple and LEGAL and the SANE thing to do in the middle of all this INSANITY! What this woman is doing is WRONG, as per … YOU, The City Of Oceanside!  YOU MADE THOSE RULES, remember?

What do you do when people contstantly, not just a couple of times, but many times, break Oceanside codes? I know…close your eyes…close your ears…close your mind….and …. Pppooofff …..that problem will just …disappear! Is that how the city handles things? You know, I’m just curious to know how this works in Oceanside.

I’m one of the voters who helped you City of Oceanside officials to be elected, and I’d like some answers. Perhaps officials will soon clarify for me where our Wonderland begins so I can start to understand and live a more rational life… knowing what IS REAL! Does Wonderland just affect the four houses at the end of the cul-de-sac or is it the whole street?

Code Enforcement has just informed us that Tree Lady has been given a two week window to redo her driveway, or she will be fined everyday after that. Hurrah! Yeah! I’m watching, we’ll see! If the city wants us to stop complaining, perhaps they should just deal with the CODE VIOLATION problems. WE ARE NOT THE PROBLEM!

A lesson the city should learn… just like dealing with children… get to the root of the problem…start there, see the facts, don’t be swayed by WHINING!

This ugly problem started with disrespect, self-centeredness, gossip, code-breaking and add to that … STUPIDITY… and, on our part… I am blogging this whole sordid problem that could have been handled like ADULTS, quietly and respectfully.

We were given the ‘SHUT UP, GO AWAY”, treatment by the City of Oceanside, treated like we are being ridiculous for having a problem with trees blocking our ocean view. Oceanside says they can’t do anything about the trees, even though they are…PLANTED ON CITY PROPERTY! And when the city attorney said that they would just deed over that city easement property to Tree Lady, just to remedy their part in her planting the trees on city property, he was pretty slick for thinking of that slimy way to slip out of our problem with the city. Bending over backwards for Hooty-Booty Queen, and totally disregarding us!

OK, do something about our valid complaints of  Code Violations in front of our faces and yours, REPEATEDLY. They are BREAKING THE CODES, OVER AND OVER, AGAIN, and that’s why we call, OVER AND OVER, AGAIN! Calls are directly related to offenses, and offenses not being handled very quickly, not correctly, so far, or perhaps, not handled at all. That’s pretty obvious, because when a chip finally falls on her head, she might begin to think that maybe someone is watching her do WRONG. Maybe she’ll get the idea that City of Oceanside does care, and will collect fines from bad people like her, who would burn our homes up with faulty, uninspected wiring done by an idiot!

Am I being an alarmist? Well maybe, but I live in the TWILIGHT ZONE or Wonderland (where Oceanside rules don’t apply), and has turned into a WAR ZONE, thanks to my city and their slow progress on seeing the facts here on my cul-de-sac; the neighbors are attacking us, and the codes are being rampantly broken right before our eyes, but just don’t look, don’t tell, because we are bad to point out this stuff that’s costing our good city and bad to keep bothering these wonderful code violators here in Wonderland, remember, I just keep forgetting, about… wrong is right and right is wrong. Who is listening?

Code Enforcement should… ENFORCE CODES , not be the NEIGHBORHOOD SQUABBLE AVOIDANCE TEAM! I will tell The City of Oceanside, honestly, there is NO SQUABBLE, you can read the facts…there is a WAR! Please understand this… I WILL NOT SIT BACK AND LET A GROUP OF NEIGHBORS ATTACK ME! Act on the facts, do what is right!

I offered to pay for mediation with Tree Lady to try to solve our problem with the trees, she never responded. Oceanside Police Department has offered mediation to us when Tree Lady had called them to complain about us parking our ugly truck in front of her house (public parking spot), we agreed to mediation, but she didn’t, and she told the officer ” just let the chips fall where they may”, she wouldn’t meet with us. THE CHIPS ARE FALLING……..I WILL SEE TO IT, YES, I WILL
